Clear response on what is included in the service

May be it was ' lost in translation ' but I was expecting the works would clear ALL error messages It didnt . The diagnostic check ( cost £ 199 ) should have shown up ALL faults and the works should have been carried out to eradicate the faults .

Happy with service. I booked a whike ago for a servuce and an mot. Tyres were replaced and mot done. I didnt realise that service wasnt done. Message kept coming up . When my son phoned they said the service was needed. A little dissapointed.

I was very satisfied, a video was sent to my phone with a technician telling me all the checks he was doing, and if anything was urgent.

Dropped the car in the morning. It was ready the same day, friendly staff, affordable prices. I use this service for 10 years.

Took much longer than expected.not necessarily anyone's fault..but communication should have been proactive and transparent
