Not very responsive to calls or messages, informed at 7pm on a Friday night that the car was ready. You had the car for 3 days but didn't charge it so only had 20% charge left to drive home on. Would have expected a fully charged car and better comms

Would gladly give a 5 star rating..but.asked not once but twice and this will be the third time for a quote for the service plan for both my wife's mini and mine. Is there anyway I can purchase a mini service plan?

Have to wait iot order the 3 tyres for my mini. Initially only 2 reqiested to pass MOT but front right as well was used/ littke crack. So 3 très were ordered and job done the day after. Received video and Phone calls.
